The pulley system works with the Arm Presses, seated rowing cable, and cable cross overs to deliver an intense workout once thought to only be available at the gym. To diversify your regimen with body weight training, Smith Machine includes many functionalities of a Power Tower. Use the multi-grip pull-up bar for pull-ups, chin-ups, etc. Complete dips using the height adjustable dip handles. The bench alone will provide access to countless exercises and conveniences. The bench back pad adjusts between -27 degrees and 76 degrees to pinpoint different muscles during your workouts. The bench seat pad is adjustable to ensure your comfort. The Smith Machine includes an adjustable / detachable preacher curl pad to target your biceps. In addition, just below the preacher pad you’ll find a curl bar rest to easily rest in between sets. When not in use, easily move the bench using the attached transport wheels.
